XML Financial Web Server Phase I client support program
" Aggressively Developing XML Service Provider Business
Based on IFX Standards for Financial Channel"



Bestning Technologies (head office: San Jose, CA; president: HSIN NING) start to develop XML Financial Web Server on June 01,2003. Now Bestning release Phase I client support for potential clients in this subject. These supports are based on BOXML for XML security developed by Bestning Technologies and IFX XML standards for banking and financial industry. (www.ifxforum.org). XML Financial Web Server will enable financial institutions to interchange their financial information to use a common messaging platform across all delivery channels in security and simultaneously enviriment.

With this joint project, Enterprise will strengthen its payment service channel operations based on BOXML and IFX standard. Bestning Technologies will supply high-level consultation service and technical assistance.. Bestning's clients worldwild will also provide their customers with high-quality financial outsourcing service as it further expands and enhances its role as a highly reliable, broad-based financial service company.

XML Financial Web Server Phase I client support program is designed to supply free XML security tool BOXML to service providers that have demonstrated their experience and ability to provide consistent, comprehensive, high-quality hosting service based on XML technologies. As one of the categories in the Phase I client support program, which provides higher support from the Bestning's XML financial server , this Phase I program was initiated on July 01,2003.

By the Phase I client support program, clients can lower costs and speed time to market for interchanging financial information with their partners. Clients do not have to employ analysist dedicated to their legacy system, thereby enabling them to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).With the awarding of this joint in the Phase I client support program, clients will strongly communicate with free on-line meeting by Bestning's BoxmlEX tool and further expand marketing efforts with current and new customers by Payment server.
